Miggi provides the following services to you, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using this app, you agree to these Terms, which may be revised at any time without prior notification. Please consult the Terms regularly.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute an agreement between the Mobile Application Developer ("Mobile Application Developer," "Miggi Team," "Miggi," "Miggi App," "us," "we," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for your use of the Miggi mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively referred to as "Mobile Application" or "Services").

Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example, when we update the functionality of our Services, combine multiple apps or services operated by us or our affiliates into a single combined service or app, or when there are regulatory changes. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of any material changes to these Terms, such as through a notice on our Platform. However, you should regularly review the Terms for such changes. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms to reflect the effective date of the changes. Your continued access or use of the Services after the new Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services.

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 14 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using the Miggi Mobile Application and agreeing to this Agreement, you warrant and represent that you are at least 14 years old. Access to certain Services or features that allow you to submit or share user content may be subject to age restrictions. Our services are provided for private, non-commercial use. For the purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you as the user of the Services.

User content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or rights to use all submitted content. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor and review content in the Mobile Application submitted or created using our Services. However, you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display, and perform the content of your user account solely as required to provide the Services to you. Without limiting any representations or warranties, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any of our policies or is harmful or objectionable in any way.

Prohibited content

Please be aware that certain content is prohibited, including but not limited to adult content, nudity, violence, harassment, self-injury, false news, spam, unauthorized sales, hate speech, and terrorism-related content. If you encounter such content, you may report the user to Miggi's staff. Additional steps include blocking the user, preventing further contact.

Backups

We perform regular backups of content for our administrative purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We do not provide any compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly. While we strive to ensure complete and accurate backups, we assume no responsibility for this duty.

Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. Your access to and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which can be found directly on the Platform. You can accept the Terms by accessing or using our Services. We will treat your access or use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onward.

Your Account

When creating your account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is important to maintain and promptly update your details to keep such information current and complete. You must keep your account password confidential and not disclose it to any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any provisions of these Terms or if activities on your account could damage, impair the Services, or violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

The security and confidentiality of your account, including your password, username, and PIN, are your personal responsibility. All losses and risks arising from your negligence in maintaining such security and confidentiality are borne by you. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or part of the features of the Miggi Application. Miggi may launch certain services or features in beta, which may not be as reliable as the final version, and we are not responsible for that. Miggi can also restrict certain features or access to your account for parts or all of the Activities or Services at our sole discretion and without prior consent or obligation. If the Miggi server is restarting, we will notify you in advance. If you attempt a transaction during the restart, we are not responsible for any loss of MCR. We only provide the official Miggi App software on the Google Play Store and our website (miggi.id). We are not responsible for any application that does not function properly or jeopardizes the security of your account if downloaded from platforms other than the official digital markets or our website (miggi.id).

You shall not:

  • a. Copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, or display in public, either in part or in full, reverse engineer, transmit, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Miggi App, including software, features, and Services, or delete any trademark or ownership notices contained in the Miggi App or Services. Launch automated programs or scripts, including but not limited to web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses, or worms, or any program that creates multiple server requests per second, creating heavy burdens or impairing the operation and/or performance of the Miggi App. Any duplication, creation of derivative works, or use of the Miggi App or Services that diverges from these Terms of Use is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
  • b. Upload, arrange, transmit, or make available content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, invasive, hateful, or containing racial intolerance or similar material.
  • c. Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or hack the Service (or any part of it), or defeat or overcome encryption technology or security measures implemented by the Miggi App in connection with the Services or data sent, processed, or stored by the Miggi App.
  • d. Interfere with the normal flow of dialogue, causing the screen to "scroll" faster than other users' typing speed, or take actions that negatively affect the ability of other users to communicate in real-time, or engage in behavior that can directly or indirectly damage, disable, overburden, or disrupt the Service or the server or network connected to the Service.
  • e. Use the Service to intentionally or unintentionally violate applicable laws, regulations, or rights related to money laundering or terrorism.
  • f. Use a third-party application to claim vouchers using multiple IDs.
  • g. Miggi users, including admin, CS, merchants, and other users, are allowed to buy and sell MCR only at rates specified by Miggi.
  • h. Engage in activities that disrupt other innocent users in the room.

    • Prohibited Uses

    We will not be responsible for any actions or omissions by you, including any damage that arises as a result of your actions or negligence. If you violate these provisions, we may suspend, deactivate, or delete your account (or part of it) if we determine that you have violated this Agreement or that your behavior or content is likely to damage our reputation and goodwill. Repeated offenses may result in account termination and banning. We will delete your account for the aforementioned reasons.

    Violations of Our Terms of Service

    Violating this policy may result in various actions, including, but not limited to, any or all of the following:

  • a. Banning the room
  • b. Banning the account
  • c. Deleting the account
  • d. Criminal prosecution
  • e. Civil actions, including but not limited to claims for loss and temporary compensation or court orders for compensation.

    "I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY FUTURE REVISIONS. BY CLICKING THE 'SIGN UP' BUTTON DURING REGISTRATION, I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM PROVIDING MY DIGITAL SIGNATURE, WHICH I INTEND TO HAVE THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS IF I HAD SIGNED MY NAME PHYSICALLY."
