Miggi is a modern chat application that helps you connect with friends and meet new people from around the world.

Yes, Miggi is completely free to use for basic features. We also offer premium features for enhanced experience.

We take security seriously. All messages are encrypted, and we never share your personal information with third parties.

1. Open the Miggi App
2. Go to the Start section
3. Click "Don't have an account? Sign Up"
4. Enter your desired username
• Must be 6-20 characters long
• No special characters allowed (e.g., @, $)
• Username must be unique
• Must use a Gmail account
• Birth date cannot be same as registration date
5. Click Register
6. Verify your account via email
7. Start exploring!

If you don't receive the verification email:
• Check your spam folder
• Verify your email address is correct

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Reset Password
3. Check your email for the reset link
4. Follow the instructions in the email

About PIN:
• Used for MCR transfers
• Default PIN: 000000

To change PIN:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select 'Change PIN'
3. Enter old PIN
4. Enter and confirm new PIN

1. Log into your account
2. Go to the "Feed" tab
3. Click the pencil icon to create a post
4. Add your content (text/image)

1. Open your profile
2. Click the edit icon
3. You can update:
• Profile picture
• Display name
• Bio
4. Save your changes

1. Open Miggi App
2. Go to Search section
3. Search by username
4. Tap on their profile
5. Click 'Add Friend'
6. Wait for them to accept

1. On the main page, tap the location icon
2. Allow location access when prompted
3. View users in your area

Privacy:
• Your stored location is rounded to about 100 meters, never your exact position
• You are only visible while you use the feature. Your location stops being discoverable after a while and is then deleted
• Tap "Delete my location" in the nearby screen's menu to remove your location instantly

Story Types:
• Text Story (Level 5+): Share text & quotes
• Image Story (Level 20+): Share photos
• Video Story (Level 50+): Share short videos

Duration: 20 seconds, visible for 24 hours
Privacy: Customize who can view in settings

Requirements:
• Must be Level 20+

Steps:
1. Go to Room tab
2. Tap the '+' button
3. Enter room name and description
4. Customize settings
5. Create room

Private/Group Chats:
• Voice messages
• Location sharing
• Photo sharing

Public Rooms:
• Requires Mediashare add-on
• Available in Miggi Store

Basic Commands:
• /silence - Mute room
• /kick [username] - Remove user
• /ban [username] - Ban user
• /unban [username] - Remove ban
• /lock - Lock room
• /unlock - Open room

Advanced Commands:
• /mod [username] - Assign a room moderator
• /unmod [username] - Remove a room moderator
• /announce [text] - Make announcement
• /announce off - Stop announcements
• /bump [username] - Force remove user

Group chats are private conversations for you and your friends.

Rules:
• You create a group by picking at least one friend
• Members can invite their own friends only
• Up to 50 members per group
• You can be in up to 5 groups at the same time
• You can create up to 3 groups in total

In private chats, you can delete a message you sent for everyone within 2 days of sending it.

The message is replaced with "This message was deleted" for both sides.

Ways to obtain credits:
1. Buy a credit pack in the app: open the Miggi Store and choose a pack
2. Watch ads in the app to earn free credits
3. Claim free credits in the official room
4. Win contests and giveaways

Credits are purchased inside the app:
1. Open the Miggi Store
2. Choose a credit pack
3. Confirm the purchase

The price for your country and currency is shown before you confirm, and payment is handled by the app store.

Gifting lets you share credits with a friend. It is a social feature, not a way to buy or sell credits.

Requirements:
• You and the recipient must already be friends
• Must be Level 5+
• A daily gift limit applies
• PIN confirmation required

Steps:
1. Tap the dollar icon on the home screen
2. Enter your friend's username
3. Enter the amount
4. Enter your PIN
5. Confirm the gift

Credits have no cash value and cannot be converted back to money. Accounts that exchange credits for outside payment may be suspended.

3. Choose image from gallery
4. Adjust theme:
• Dark theme for bright images
• Light theme for dark images
5. Adjust opacity for readability

To deactivate add-ons:
1. Open Miggi Store
2. Find the add-on
3. Click 'Delete'

Miggi is for people aged 14 and over. Every user states their date of birth when registering, and accounts we find to belong to someone under 14 are removed together with their content.

If you believe a child under 14 has an account on Miggi, report the profile in the app or email support@miggi.id and we will remove it.

To report a person:
1. Open their profile (or the More options menu inside a private chat)
2. Tap the More options menu
3. Choose 'Report user'
4. Pick the reason that fits best and add any detail that helps

To report a post:
1. Open the post
2. Tap the flag icon at the top of the screen

You can also block someone from the same More options menu on their profile. Blocking stops all further contact immediately.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) has no place on Miggi. We prohibit it absolutely, remove it whenever we find it, permanently ban the accounts responsible, and report it to the relevant authorities.

Child safety reports are prioritised ahead of all other reports. To report, use 'Report user' in the app and choose the Child safety reason, or email support@miggi.id with "CHILD SAFETY" in the subject line.
